Full-time Sales Position with Base Salary + Commission

Escape Plan provides marketing solutions to mid-sized, privately-owned companies in the Charlotte metro area. This position will focus primarily on monthly content marketing packages including social media, blog posts, email, and SEO.

What Will You Do?

Generate, nurture, and convert sales leads from our marketing efforts and individual networking. Stay connected with monthly services clients to ensure a quality experience and generate upsell opportunities.

  • Build a Local Network of Leads & Referral Partners
  • Respond to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
  • Identify Qualified and Unqualified Leads
  • Lead Nurturing
  • On-site and Remote Sales Appointments
  • Set and Meet Sales Goals
  • Manage Customer Relationships
  • Measure Client Performance Against SMART Goals
  • Monthly Client Success Check-in
  • Weekly Office Check-in

What Do You Need to Succeed?

  • Must Be a Self-Motivated Individual
  • Ability to Sell High-Value Services to C-Level Executives
  • Strong Understanding of Solution-Based Selling
  • Ability to Identify Client Pain Points and Solve Problems
  • Experience in Google Workspace Tools (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
  • Experience in SharpSpring, Hubspot, Marketo, or Salesforce a Plus
  • Previous Experience with Digital Marketing a Plus

This position is freelance, remote, and BYOD.

We’re looking for professional copywriters to create content for web pages, blog posts, and social media channels. Qualified candidates will have experience writing compelling sales, narrative, and short-form content specifically for the web. Must be comfortable working in WordPress and all common social media platforms.

We’re looking for college students or recent graduates to create content and maintain websites for our internal passion projects. Receive real-world, hands-on training and earn educational credit for your work.
